The breakfast was absolutely superb. the room was comfortable, modern, and airy. It had a private safe, a mini-bar, and an iron. the location was good, next to an excellent restaurant and Rock fort.

The location is particularly good and marvellous, just a pleasant stroll away from Vayalur Murugan Temple. It's in a very comfortable building in the posh area.

Well-appointed and top-class place, I liked well-mannered personnel.

All the services were very good! The room was airy and comfortable modern, had private bathroom. The location for Tiruchirappalli was magnificent and perfect, so close to Restaurant and Manager Elvis, Close to Bus Stand, and most tourist destinations.

The breakfast food was outstanding and well-priced. I ate at a very nice restaurant with great service and friendly staff. - the location was great and enviable, within walking distance of Femina Shopping Mall.

It was comfortable enough and had a bar.

Restaurant was relocated due to refurbishment, staff were not enthusiastic, food was only average. I was staying in a recently completed new wing, but it was already showing signs of damage and the shower cubicle leaked badly. Whilst the hotel has a bar, it is dark and dingy and smells pretty bad. Not helped by the fact that the no smoking signs just outside the bar are ignored and not enforced - No surprises there!!!

Convenient location close to shopping malls, restaurants, and markets. Situated right in the heart of the city, making it easy to get around. They offer a substantial breakfast at a reasonable price. 🥐 Enviable location for exploring the area!

Size of the room is nice and bed is comfortable, once u get the room you though you payed for based on the picture from Booked.net breakfast - ok

gym - not functional pool - without the lounges cleaning service - poor (amenities not replaced when finished, floor in the room not washed even when aksed for, garbage bin not emptied regularly) internet - expensive and with defects some rooms smelling badly restaurant with average food and poor service music - set limited to 3 CDs, one of which is Xmas songs...

I stayed here for two nights and dined at their traditional restaurant with exceptional service from the friendly staff.

The hotel has a great location near the city center, popular shopping areas, nature, and restaurants. All the rooms are wonderful. - the staff is obliging and kind.

Great easy check-in. Lovely rooms - to a good European standard. Reception lent us iron and ironing board for no further charge.

Restaurant waiting staff did not respond to Europeans, we were kept waiting, a far better service given to Indians. At breakfast we had to get butter, jams, cutlery etc ourselves from the other tables as ours was never set. Constant power cuts.

I went in to the bar and found men huddled in groups in a poorly lit environment - as if they were ashamed of having a drink and were hiding from others. I chose to order a beer to be sent to my room and got out of there.
